As part of the journey to your Accreditation and sign-off, we need to create some internal records and begin our Human Resources (HR) process - checks and referencing.
We pride ourselves on safer recruitment and we follow a strict process to ensure that our Mindset Mentors are a great addition to our award winning franchise. All Franchisees and Mindset Mentors are thoroughly checked to ensure the safety of the children that we teach. We set out each step below to guide you through the application process.

Study the safeguarding statement, job description and person specification carefully.
When completing the forms, do a rough draft first and check that any dates are correct and in the right order.
Ensure that all sections have been completed. Our HR Business partner and Head Office will complete the 'official' interview process with you as part of our Safer Recruitment process. This will take place on line at a mutually convenient date/time.
If you would like feedback on your interview we would be happy to provide it, or, if you are dissatisfied with the selection process, please contact the Operations Director at info@minimemindfulness at the earliest opportunity.

Please note: personal information is requested to complete the HR Process - references and Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks will be obtained. Information provided by you on this application form may be copied for use during the recruitment process.

Once the process is completed, the data will be stored for six months and then destroyed.
However, relevant information will be taken from this form and used as part of your personnel record.

Title: Franchisee & Mindset Mentor Partner

MiniMe Mindfulness® are an award winning national franchise which helps children to thrive by teaching positive mindfulness and mindset techniques in a fun and innovative way to primary school aged children in various settings such as schools, nurseries and the community.
As a Franchisee you are responsible for building a MiniMe Mindfulness® business as per the terms set out in the Franchise Agreement.
A Mindset Mentor Partner works independently to plan and deliver the MiniMe Mindfulness® sessions in schools, nurseries and in the community.
Responsibilities include setting up venues for classes to run (which could include moving tables/chairs), ensuring health and safety measures are upheld, managing registers and keeping children safe. Then following the MiniMe Mindfulness® Lesson plans to teach and inspire the classes that you run. Plus building relationships with parents/carers and teachers as appropriate as we deliver the courses.
To become a Franchisee and Mindset Mentor Partner you will need to complete the MiniMe Mindfulness® Training Programme - including, but not limited, to:

Upon successful completion you will receive your Franchisee Sign-off and MiniMe Mindfulness® Accreditation.
All costs of training, business coaching and 3rd party provider services are covered by the Franchise Fee.
To become a successful Franchisee and Mindset Mentor Partner;
You will have the desire to build a business and team within your franchise territory to work with, and positively impact children.
Will have great energy to channel into creating a fun, positive and uplifting business and sessions.
Willing to study and learn new skills via our training programs on the Franchise Hub
Have great communication skills.
Are adaptable and able to work well independently and to collaborate with a team.
Able to follow a system for success from sales & marketing to our lesson plans.
Present the business and classes with high energy and professionalism.
Punctual and presentable.
Accountability for upholding ongoing business processes.
Will have a driving licence.
