This agreement outlines the permitted use of any MiniMe Mindfulness® Digital products, including all downloadable, printable, and audio resources provided within. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our digital products, you agree to the following terms.

You agree that:The digital produt is licensed for use by one household, one classroom, or one nursery setting per purchase.

Products / Courses / Kits may be used by parents, carers, educators, or registered childcare professionals as a wellbeing support tool for children.

Materials may not be shared with or distributed to individuals, groups or schools beyond the purchasing party.

3. Permitted Use

Print resources for personal or classroom use

Use audio meditations with your child(ren) or class

Display printable elements within your home, school, or nursery setting

❌ You may not:

Resell, reproduce, or share the kit outside of your own settingUpload content to shared digital platforms (e.g. Google Drive, school portals, YouTube, social media)

Edit or rebrand any part of the kit without written permissionUse the content as part of your own product, training, or business offering

4. Intellectual Property

All materials within the digital products are the intellectual property of MiniMe Mindfulness®, owned by Mindset Mentors Ltd.

Video Lessons

Meditation scripts, audios and recordings

Breathing techniques, activities, journals, and artwork

Calm Cards, reward charts, and printable templates

All branding, logos, and design assets

These materials are protected under copyright and trademark law.

5. Disclaimers

This digital products are intended as a supportive resource to enhance children’s emotional wellbeing.

They are not a replacement for therapeutic, medical, or psychological intervention.

Responsibility for appropriate use lies with the parent, carer, or educator.

6. Returns & Licensing

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once access has been granted and the money back guarantee period has passed.

Multi-site organisations, nurseries, or schools wishing to purchase multiple licenses should contact us to discuss group licensing packages.

7. Non-compete

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product, training resource, or course provided by MiniMe Mindfulness® (a brand of Mindset Mentors Ltd), you agree to the following:

You shall not, for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, directly or indirectly:

Create, sell, or distribute any programme, course, or digital resource that is substantially similar in content, structure, or intended audience to any product or course owned by MiniMe Mindfulness®;

Deliver, license, or otherwise provide mindfulness or mindset training to children, parents, or teachers in a similar format using methods, terminology, or frameworks derived from MiniMe Mindfulness® resources;

Use any MiniMe Mindfulness® materials, scripts, branding, lesson structure, or intellectual property — whether modified or in original form — to create competing products or services;

Promote or operate a competing business that provides wellbeing, mindfulness, or mindset training to schools, nurseries, or families in any region where MiniMe Mindfulness® operates or markets its services.

This clause applies to individuals, schools, organisations, and contractors unless explicit, written permission has been granted by Mindset Mentors Ltd.

Breach of this clause may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and revocation of access to all MiniMe Mindfulness® materials.

8. Agreement

By completing your purchase or accessing this digital product, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by the terms above.

Any misuse or failure to comply with the terms set out above will result in removal of access and legal action.
